He discovered that with his 15 years expertise in personal development training in Kern County as a county facilitator, professional athlete in USA Track & Field and Social Developer for student/athletes around the nation that he could create changes and developments in the sport & entertainment industries that would improve the quality of the industries future growth in business and professional entertainment. He is currently developing trainers and teams to cultivate talents, companies, and multiple Sports & Entertainment entities.
